About the Race
The United Airlines NYC Half returns to the streets of New York City on Sunday, March 15, 2026. The 13.1-mile journey begins in Brooklyn, goes over the Manhattan Bridge, heads north on the FDR Drive, zips through Times Square (only 1 of 2 times it is closed each year!), and finishes in Central Park.
Course Description
The race will begin on Washington Avenue near the Brooklyn Botanic Garden before taking runners through Prospect Park and across the East River via the Manhattan Bridge. Once in Manhattan, runners will race along the Lower East Side, up to Midtown, and through Times Square before finishing in Central Park.
